Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions.

Why does the device stop after 30 minutes?

– We have implemented an automatic off-switch to ensure that the device will stop even if you forget to shut it off. If you wish to continue using it, all you need to do is to turn it off and on again.

How do I clean the device?

– Wipe the device using a damp cloth. The outermost protective layer can be removed and washed separately.

Can the device withstand rain?

– No, as this is an electrical device, it should not be used near or in water.

Can the device be left with the power cable connected?

– Yes, but we recommend that you remove the power cable when the device is not being used.

What is the maximum load of the device?

– The device is designed to withstand a load of 80kg. Take care not to put too much weight on the device.  Do not suddenly sit down on the device – this may damage the mechanical parts.
